HARUOMI HOSONO is a Progressive Electronic, Progressive Rock artist from Japan. Haruomi Hosono also has a huge and prolific career in solo. His typical musical experiments embraces a plural and extremely wide diversity of styles, from exotic dancing synthedelic strings, funkadelic folkish rock music to spacious kosmische contemplative textures and dada-esque futuristic avant-gardism with some retro-ish psychedelic pop accents and weird sounding effects.
The same year, Hoshino's fourth album, Yellow Dancer, became his first number one album in Japan. Daisy Holiday Presented by Hosono Haruomi. Setsunai no Uta" (せつないのうた).
