D Generation (also known as DGen) are an American glam punk band formed in 1991 in New York City. They released three albums and several EPs, to much critical acclaim, before breaking up in 1999. In 2011 the band reunited for a series of shows in Europe and the United States. In 2016, the band reunited again and, on July 29, 2016, they released their fourth album, Nothing Is Anywhere. The group's sound blurs the lines between punk rock, glam rock and garage rock.

D Generation is the self-titled debut album, released by New York City glam punk band D Generation. The track "No Way Out" was released from the record as a single. Tracks 1,3, 5 and 7 are re-recorded versions of songs that had previously been released as 7-inch singles in 1993 ("No Way Out" b/w "Guitar Mafia" and "Wasted Years" b/w "Waiting For The Next Big Parade"). No Way Out" (Richard Bacchus, Jesse Malin, Howie Pyro) - 4:23. Sins of America" (Malin, Pyro, Danny Sage) - 3:39.

My Generation is the debut studio album by English rock band the Who, released on 3 December 1965 by Brunswick Records in the United Kingdom. In the United States, it was released on 25 April 1966 by Decca Records as The Who Sings My Generation, with a different cover and a slightly altered track listing.

The album would prove to be D Generation's last before breaking up merely a month after its release; the band eventually regrouped to record a new album, Nothing Is Anywhere, which was released 17 years later in 2016. Only one track "Helpless" was taken from the record as a single; this single would also feature in the movie The Faculty.

Although touted as punk revivalists, the New York City quintet D Generation comes closer to glam or '80s metal than anything else on its 1994 debut. That's not necessarily a bad thing, however, as there's more than enough energy and attitude here to satisfy all but the most stringent purists. Tracks like the driving opener "No Way Out," the grungy "Waiting for the Next Big Parade," and the frenetic "Frankie" all pack plenty of wallop, aided by lead singer Jesse Malin's sneering vocals
