Meister Eder und sein Pumuckl (Master Eder and his Pumuckl) is a arian children's series. It is based on the character Pumuckl, created by children's book author Ellis Kaut. The master carpenter Eder meets the Kobold Pumuckl, whom only Eder can see, because Pumuckl becomes invisible when other people approach. Pumuckl finally stays with Eder in his carpenter's shop, and maintains a fatherly and friendly relationship with Eder.

November 1939 den Schriftsteller Kurt Preis und blieb in München; die gemeinsame Tochter Ursula wurde 1945 geboren. Nach einer studierte Ellis Kaut Bildhauerei. Seit 1948 ist sie freie Schriftstellerin und übernahm in den 1950er und 1960er Jahren Sprechrollen bei Hörspielen.

Pumuckl is a Kobold from a German radio play series for children. He is a descendant of the Klabautermänner. He is invisible to people around him except for the master carpenter Eder with whom Pumuckl lives. Pumuckl was invented by Ellis Kaut for a radio play series of the Bavarian Radio in 1961. Later on it was turned into a very successful TV series. Three movies and a musical also deal with the adventures of the little kobold
